Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1 pack All-Purpose Mix
2 Tbls. Olive Oil
2 Eggs
¼ C water, milk or milk substitute

Runza filling:
3 Tbls. olive oil
l lb of lean ground Turkey or Beef
l large sweet onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
285g green cabbage, shredded
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 cup of shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Prepare All-Purpose Mix: Blend mix, olive oil, eggs and slowly add water.
Knead dough with hands until smooth. Divide dough into 6-8 dough balls of equal proportion. Roll each out into a circle, approx. 15-20 cm in diameter.

Prepare toppings:

Add 3 Tbls of olive oil to heated skillet. On medium heat, sauté turkey or beef. As meat begins to brown add in chopped onions and garlic. Continue to cook until meat is browned and onions and garlic begin to soften. Drain grease.
Add the cabbage to the meat mixture. Cover with lid and cook on low heat until cabbage softens. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread a few tablespoons of the meat mixture onto one side of the dough. Top with shredded cheese.
Fold the other half of the dough over top and pinch the edges with fingers or use a fork. It’s helpful to poke a few hole in the top. Also, you can brush on an egg wash if you’d like.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned.
