We offer island-wide delivery. However there are some restricted areas or off-island areas which we can’t deliver such as:

  • Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area)
  • Cargo Complex
  • Alps Avenue
  • PSA Terminal
  • All Army Camps in Singapore
  • Pulau Ubin
  • Pulau Tekong
  • Southern Island
  • Lazarus Island

WHEN IS MY DELIVERY?

Our representatives will contact you within 24hrs upon your purchase to arrange a time-slot and date.

In General, if all your items are not indent (Eg. Cheese, Cold cut meat, Alcohol, Freshly baked), and order during Mon-Fri (Fri before 1pm), we’ll contact you and arrange delivery within 1-3 working days.

Orders after Fri 1pm-Sunday, we’ll deliver following Mon-Wed. No worries, someone will be taking care of your order. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

There is a minimum order amount of SGD 50.
*Free delivery when your order is above SGD 100.

*Delivery address in Changi Airport, Tuas and Sentosa will be subjected to SGD 10 delivery fee.

WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via Paypal (All Credit/Debit cards).

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.

We advice all customers to check their items upon delivery. Should you are not satisfied with your product, please contact your representatives who arrange for your parcel or write us at sales@glutenfreesg.com within 3 days of your delivery.
