Gluten & Wheat Free Muffins – A basic muffin mix can make your life easier! This recipe teach you how to make the muffins with muffin mix, and you can add in your favourite ingredients such as Chocolate Chips, Bluebbery and Banana to make the muffin even more delicious.



  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Grease or line standard size muffins cups with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Muffin Mix, Egg, Butter and Milk until combined. In addition, you can add in Chocolate Chips or Bluberries based on your preference.
  3. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Enjoy the muffins!
