• 1 cup pancake mix
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons macadamia oil (or other oils of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk pancake mix, salt & matcha powder
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, maple syrup. vanilla extract
  3. Fold liquid mixture into dry mixture, mixing thoroughly
  4. Lightly oil frying pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
  5. Garnish with toppings of choice
