Makes 8 pops
– 4 cracker sheets
– 2 tablespoons either: mini chocolate chips, granola or sprinkles (optional)
– 1 cup Creamy No-Nut Butter
– 4 large bananas, peeled and halved horizontally
– 8 ice cream sticks or craft sticks
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Place crackers in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin or your hands, gently crush crackers into coarse crumbs. Add optional mini chocolate chips, granola or sprinkles. Pour onto a plate and set aside.
Place Creamy No-Nut Butter on another plate. Insert an ice cream stick into the cut end of each banana half. Dip banana halves into the No-Nut Butter until evenly coated, then roll in the graham crumb mixture. Place each banana on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes, then transfer to an airtight container or individual plastic zip-top bags.
