Create wonders with our Gluten Free Wraps!

Wraps are made with a soft flatbread rolled around a filling. It is usually categorised as a sandwich and is a portable and handheld meal. Some wraps we have available are corn tortillas, coconut wrap, rice paper wrap or spinach wrap. 

The term wrap can be used to describe the outer shell and the finished product. The outer wrap is typically a tortilla, which comes in a few varieties. Some have extra ingredients that add a little flavour and colour, such as spinach or tomato powder, and they are also available in whole grain or gluten-free options. 

Wrap basically serve the same purpose as sliced bread: they hold ingredients and fillings in one place, so you can eat them without making a complete mess. Yet wrap seems to have a healthier reputation than sandwiches. A wrap is often loaded with colourful fresh vegetables, lean turkey breast, lettuce, tomatoes, and a slice of cheese. 

Wraps are also a great alternative to be used for different dishes!  Easy to make gluten-free dishes such as nachos or as a pizza base for a Friday movie night. It can also act as a pastry substitute for tarts and pasta free lasagne.
