Award winning Gluten-free noodles are made from rice flour, vinegar, thickener, starch. The noodle was developed at the restaurant ON THE KITCHEN, Miyazaki City, Japan by Emiko Tsunejo at the age of 68.

It is gluten-free because it uses organic rice flour instead of wheat flour and can be eaten by people with wheat allergies. Since it uses the colors of the ingredients, it seems that it does not use coloring agents, of course. It has a chewy texture and has a good texture, and it goes well with rich sauces, and can be used in a variety of recipes, such as making noodle with vegetables and adding it to soup.
