Noodles are a type of food from unleavened dough which is roll flat and cut, stretch or extrude, into long strips or strings. You can cook them in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or with some salt added.

Our Japanese Noodles are well-love by many. They remain a staple of Japanese cuisine. Often served cold with dipping sauces, or in soups or hot dishes.
