- Serves 16
- 60g butter (or 90ml vegetable oil)
- 2 medium free-range eggs
- Lightly greased 9″ x 9″ (23cm x 23cm) square tin.
- Mix the brownie mix, butter and eggs in a large bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy). Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife, inserted 5cm (2″) from the edge of tin comes out clean.
Note: Do allow brownie to cool before cutting into slices.
