Recipe for House Kids Curry

To make a delicious curry for 2 children:

Materials

  • 1 sachet of House Kid-friendly Mild Curry
  • Ground meat – 20g
  • Onion – 30g
  • Potato – 30g
  • Carrot – 20g
  • Water – 300ml
  • Oil – 2 tsp

How to make

  1. Cut the pork, onions, carrots, paprika and green beans into fine pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add in ground meat, onions, potato and carrots.
  3. Fry all ingredients until the onions have softened.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, add 300ml water, and let simmer until the other ingredients have softened (around 15 minutes).
  5. Take off heat and gradually add three sachets of curry powder, stirring through.
  6. Return to low heat and let simmer until the sauce has thickened (around 10 minutes). Serve with rice and enjoy!
