Recipe for House Kids Curry
To make a delicious curry for 2 children:
- 1 sachet of House Kid-friendly Mild Curry
- Ground meat – 20g
- Onion – 30g
- Potato – 30g
- Carrot – 20g
- Water – 300ml
- Oil – 2 tsp
How to make
- Cut the pork, onions, carrots, paprika and green beans into fine pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add in ground meat, onions, potato and carrots.
- Fry all ingredients until the onions have softened.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add 300ml water, and let simmer until the other ingredients have softened (around 15 minutes).
- Take off heat and gradually add three sachets of curry powder, stirring through.
- Return to low heat and let simmer until the sauce has thickened (around 10 minutes). Serve with rice and enjoy!
