Things you need:
- 1 bag of Japanese Allergen Free Carob Pancake Mix 120g
- 110ml (5-7 tablespoons) of water or your choice of flavoured milk
- Butter/ Oil
- Frying Pan
Pour in 1 bag of Japanese Allergen Free Carob Pancake Mix into a bowl. Pour in your water/flavoured milk and mix well!. Grease up your pan and heat it up. Scoop some of the pancake mixture and gently pour on the frying pan. Flip to the other side in 2-3 minutes. When both sides are golden brown, remove from the heat and serve. Get creative with toppings and sauces! Recommend the classic blueberries and maple syrup to enjoy with this.
There is also a way to prepare Japanese Allergen Free Carob Pancake Mix inclusive the use of eggs. Instead of 110ml of water/flavoured milk, add one egg and 60ml of water/flavoured milk! (4-5 tablespoons)
