Four Grain Soup is a basic thick soup with the basic taste of bonito flakes and kelp. It uses bonito shavings to adjusts the balance of the soup stock. The flavour of soy sauce seasoning has been suppressed to improve the broth. This is indeed a versatile seasoning that is convenient for a variety of dishes. 

Instead of wheat and soybeans which are commonly found in Four Grain Soup, our Japanese Allergen Free Four Grain Soup uses four different types of grains – sesame, foam, hie, and acne, which are attracting attention as healthy ingredients.

The raw ingredients are domestically produced bonito and soy sauce, and Hokkaido kelp. When compared with other conventional products, the taste of the miso soup is suppressed and the dashi feeling is improved. Similar to normal soy sauce, it can be used as a basic seasoning for various dishes in addition to noodle soup. Because it does not contain wheat as raw material, it can be used for a gluten-free diet.

Free from 7 major allergen materials (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp and crab) and with no chemical seasoning used, this Four Grain Soup is highly recommended for families with different food allergies.

How to use product

Following ratio is a guide.

Please dilute the product before using and according to preference.

You can add sugar, mirin, etc. as you like depending on the dish.

  • 2 tablespoon Four Grain Soup: 100ml Water or Hot water

How to enjoy Four Grain Soup

Shake well and dilute and flavour according to preference. It can be a soup base for noodle soup. You can also serve together with dry noodles and Tentsuyu to enhance its flavour. Dip boiled meat and potatoes into Four Grain Soup. Use it to marinate the meat before cooking.
