Japanese Allergen Free Okonomiyaki Sauce

Japanese Allergen Free Okonomiyaki Sauce is suitable for everyone from 1 year old. With 70% of the total weight coming from more than 10 types of vegetables and fruits, this sauce one sauce you need in your kitchen pantry. It is a sauce with a natural sweetness and gentle taste of vegetables and fruits. In addition, it does not contain chemical seasonings, colouring and preservatives. It is also free from all 7 major allergens such as egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp and crab. This perfect okonomiyaki sauce is also free from 20 items recommended for allergen labellings such as soy, sesame, beef and pork.  

In Japan, Okonomiyaki is a savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. Okonomiyaki Sauce is drizzle over this delicious Japanese savoury pancake!

The Japanese Allergen Free Okonomiyaki Sauce is available in an easy-to-use squeezable tube form. 

Here is a Petit Okonomiyaki (with egg) Recipe suitable for child above 1 year old

Ingredients to prepare:

  • Japanese Kids Okonomiyaki Mix – 20g
  • Water – 30 cc
  • Cabbage (chopped 2mm x 2mm)- 75g
  • Green onion (small pieces) – a little
  • Pork belly – 20 g
  • Egg – 1/2 piece
  • Japanese Allergen Free Okonomiyaki Sauce – 1 tablespoon

How to make

  1. Mix okonomiyaki powder in water and mix. Add cabbage, green onions, shredded pork belly (half the amount) and eggs.
  2. Spread ① on a hot plate at about 200℃ into a bite-size with a spoon. And cook for about 4 minutes. When the bottom of the dough turns golden brown, add bite-sized pork (half the amount).
  3. Turn it over, cover with a lid, and steam for about 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and turn it over again, and cook for about 4 minutes more until the core is cooked.
  5. Please enjoy with your Okonomiyaki sauce.

Raw materials: Vegetables and fruits (tomatoes (chilli), carrots, onions, dates, pumpkins, grapes, prunes, celery), sugars (sugar, starch syrup), brewed vinegar, salt, mushrooms, cabbage extract, Chinese cabbage extract, spices.


  • After opening, be sure to tightly close the cap and then store it in the refrigerator.
  • If you hold the container firmly, the sauce may also pop out.
  • When the sauce is separated, there is no problem with the quality, so please mix well before using.
