Japanese Four Grain White Dashi

If you like cooking Asian food at home, then you must have a bottle of Japanese Four Grain White Dashi in your Kitchen Pantry! A basic seasoning with a light-coloured finish, white dashi, has joined the four-grain series! 

Instead of wheat and soybeans which are commonly found in seasoning, our Japanese Four Grain White Dashi uses four different types of grains – sesame, foam, hie, and acne. The bonito flakes with a rich flavour are combined with the soup flakes that make the most of the flavour of the soy sauce to make a rich flavour white dashi. 

Free from 7 major allergen materials (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp and crab) and with no chemical seasoning used.

How to enjoy white dashi

Mix well and dilute according to preference. It can be a soup base for noodle soup. You can also serve together with boiled food or oden. This white dashi is great for dishes where the colour of the ingredients is important. It is a white broth with an epoch-making taste that makes it possible for the whole family to eat deliciously. The most popular white dashi dish at home is the dashi roll egg.
