Japanese Gluten Free Brown Rice Cookies are rice flour rusk that made from Japanese domestic brown rice flour as the main ingredient. It does not contain perfume, colouring and preservative. Use Hatsushimo Rice from Gifu Prefecture and gluten free product. Free from 27 allergic substances and almonds.

Although Tiger nuts are called nuts, they are actually not nuts but a group of vegetables. It is a type of root vegetable that is a lump formed on the underground stem of a plant called Cyperus. Tiger Nuts contains dietary fibre. Tiger Nuts is also rich in Vitamin E.
