Japanese Maloney Potato Starch Short Noodle uses Hokkaido potato starch as the main raw material using a unique manufacturing method. It is a short type of noodle that is easy to make and has excellent taste and texture. In addition, it is easy to mix with different types of ingredients. How to cook:
① Boil water. Then, add Maloney short noodles in boiled hot water.
② Cook for 5 to 6 minutes

Material for 4 people

  • Japanese Maloney Potato Starch Short Noodle 60g
  • Thinly sliced beef 120g
  • Carrot 60g
  • Paprika (red) 60g
  • Onion 1/2 piece
  • Chinese Chive 20g
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Hoisin Sauce 5 tbsp

How to make

  1. Boil Maloney potato starch short noodles for 3 minutes. Washed with water and then drained. 
  2. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrots, paprika and onions. Chop the leek into 5 cm pieces. 
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the beef and when the colour changes, add in all the vegetables other than leek. Continue to fry further. 
  4. When the vegetables become tender, add in Maloney potato starch short noodles, leek and hoisin sauce. Quick stir and serve. 

Preservation method: Please store it away from direct sunlight, high temperature, wetness and moisture. Use as soon as possible after opening. We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place.
