Japanese MamaPan Chiffon Cake Mix
Japanese MamaPan Rice Flour Chiffon Mix uses Akita Prefecture Akitakomachi rice flour and Hokkaido sugar. Akitakomachi rice is famous throughout the country for its delicious taste and superior quality. Once freshly cooked it becomes sticky and chewy in texture while still retaining its shape and moisture. It is often mould into sushi or onigiri rice balls, or serve alongside other Japanese meals.
In addition to the mix, simply prepare egg and milk or water, mix them up and you will be get soft and fluffy chiffon cake for the family. The finished rice flour chiffon cake can also be frozen. In that case, please enjoy after thawing naturally. This mix can make one rice flour chiffon cake with a diameter of 17cm and height 10cm.
With this product and some simple ingredients, you can make sweets that are gentle on the child’s body with no additives.

- Japanese MamaPan Chiffon Mix – 120g
- Egg – 4 medium sizes
- Milk or water – 30g
Please store it away from direct sunlight, high temperature, wetness and moisture. Use as soon as possible after opening. Do not store powders near scents or around water as powders tend to absorb odours and moisture. We recommend storing it in an air tight container, in the refrigerator.
