Japanese MamaPan Roll Mix
Japanese MamaPan Roll Mix uses Akita Prefecture Akitakomachi rice flour and Hokkaido sugar. Akitakomachi rice is famous throughout the country for its delicious taste and superior quality. Once freshly cooked it becomes sticky and chewy in texture while still retaining its shape and moisture. It is often mould into sushi or onigiri rice balls, or serve alongside other Japanese meals.
In addition to the mix, simply prepare eggs and milk (water), mix them up and you will be able to get a rice flour base. Roll it up with whipped cream and you will get a soft and fluffy roll cake for the family. The completed rice flour roll can be frozen and enjoy after natural thawing.
With this product and some simple ingredients, you can make sweets that are gentle on the child’s body with no additives.

[Materials to be prepared]
- Japanese MamaPan Roll Cake Mix – 120g
- Egg – 4 medium size
- Milk or Water – 30g
- Whipped cream – 200ml
Preservation method: Please store it away from direct sunlight, high temperature, wetness and moisture. Use as soon as possible after opening. Do not store powders near scents or around water as powders tend to absorb odours and moisture. We recommend storing it in an airtight container, in the refrigerator.
Note: This product may have small lumps of sugar or powder that hardens over time, but this does not affect the quality. Shake well before use.
Allergen: Soy products are handled in the same factory. The swelling agent has wheat contamination.
