Description
Japanese Namisato Komachi Somen 200g
Namisato Komachi Somen is made of Akita Prefecture’s Akitakomachi. It is a type of thin noodle-type rice flour noodle that is easy to pick up from soy sauce and consume. Namisato Komachi Somen uses a steaming method that kneads rice flour with steam, and achieves a long shelf life of 1 year at room temperature; with the strength of koji-like firmness and semi-raw noodles. Due to the unique stickiness, sweetness and umami of Akitakomachi, these fine noodles are perfect for Somen. Enjoy Namisato Komachi Somen with various dishes such as cold noodles and vermicelli salad.
