You will need:
1 pack of Japanese Rice Tonkotsu
First, place the bread crumbs onto a plate. Coat the pork with the breadcrumbs thoroughly. Push the bread crumbs into the pork, this will allow the bread crumbs to stick better without the use of eggs. Heat oil in a pan, fill up slightly just enough to shallow fry the pork. Carefully place the pork into the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve the pork cutlet on a bed of lettuce or with a side of rice and curry! Also, not forgetting the special sauce it comes with! Finish the dish with a drizzle of the sauce and enjoy!
