Firstly, a great guilt free snack with the benefit of extremely low carbs (2.9g per serve!), and 15.2g of plant-based protein per 65g cookie. Secondly, tt is wheat and gluten free, high in iron (42% RDI) and fibre (20% RDI), with less than 0.5g of total sugar!
