This gluten free fudge brownie mix makes brownies everyone can (and will) love! Fudgy, rich, gluten-free brownies are easy to make with this handy mix. Also, with a smooth texture and deep chocolate flavour, it’s a favourite among brownie lovers. Keep it in your pantry so you’re never far from a delicious dessert! Just stir in 2 eggs, melted butter or vegetable oil, and water. Spoon into your pan, bake, and enjoy.

What You Get
482g mix makes sixteen 2″ x 2″ brownies.


  • 10 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease an 8″ square baking pan or aluminium pan. 
  2. Whisk together butter and eggs with a fork. Add in mix and stir well until combined. 
  3. Spread batter evenly into greased pan. 
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, until set. A cake tester inserted into the center will come out with a few moist crumbs. 
  5. Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting. 

Note: Egg substitues not recommended for this product. 

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa (processed with alkali), Rice Flour, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, also baking soda, corn starch. and also monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavor.
