Sanitarium Gluten Free Weet-bix 375g is in fact made from sorghum. In other words, it’s an ancient grain that’s naturally gluten free and tastes great. Gluten Free Weet-Bix are likewise made the same way as regular Weet-Bix. Except in a separate factory dedicated to making gluten free products.
In addition, it’s also a dietitian’s delight. Containing (per 100g) 1.4g of total fat, 2.8g of sugar. 10.5g of fibre and 285mg of sodium.
It is a good source of folate, B vitamins and iron. Its main ingredients for example are wholegrain wheat (97 per cent). Sugar, salt, barley malt extract, vitamins (niacin, riboflavin, folate). And mineral iron.
