Simply Wize gluten free pumpkin gnocchi 500g is absolutely quick and easy to make. Without a doubt, you’ll have a delicious dinner ready in minutes. Ingredients: Rehydrated Potatoes 70% (Water, Potato Flakes, Emulsifiers, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Antioxidant, Sodium Metabisulfite, Flavours), Corn Flour, Potato Starch, Pumpkin 3%, Rice Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid, Preservative: Sorbic Acid.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tbs unsalted butter
  • 2 tbs gluten-free Macro pumpkin kernels, to serve
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan, plus extra to serve
  • 2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch sage, leaves picked
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g gluten-free Simply Wise pumpkin gnocchi

Cooking method:

  • Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add gluten-free gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes or until gluten-free gnocchi rises to the top. Drain.
  • Heat butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sage leaves and cook for 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and butter is foaming.
  • Add gluten-free gnocchi to pan. Increase heat to high and cook, tossing pan frequently, for 4 minutes or until gluten-free gnocchi is golden and crisp. Remove pan from heat. Add parmesan, tossing until melted, then stir through spinach.
  • Serve gnocchi scattered with pumpkin kernels and extra parmesan.
