- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup S&W Vegan Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Simply combine all liquid ingredients in a bowl.
- Add cabbage and carrot and mix thoroughly.
