Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste

Versatility is always a great item to have in the kitchen. With the Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste, you can easily whip out an easy curry on a chilly weekend.

In the paste, you will get an authentic blend of aromatic spices. It is a carefully blended mixture of aromatic herbs such as lemongrass and galangal (Thai ginger). Additionally, the use of fresh chilies harvested at their peak of freshness will add the perfect balance of heat and flavours.

Furthermore, you can use them in a stir-fry as a seasoning, soup base or mix with coconut milk to create a deliciour Thai Curry! Also, you can add a teaspoon in your favourite marinades to add a bit of spiciness.

Furthermore, this paste is gluten-free, dairy-free and contains no MSG! Also, it is suitable for vegans!

Red Curry Shrimp and Vegetables

Bring coconut milk to simmer in a large skillet on medium heat. Stir in the curry paste and sugar until well blended. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and vegetables. Cook for 3 – 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp.

Afterwards, stir in basil and fish sauce. Serve with jasmin rice if desired. Garnish with additional basil and red chilli slices if desired.

Refrigerate after opening. Since we do not use preservatives, please enjoy quickly. Product will keep refrigerated only a few days.
