Ingredients you need:
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 1/2 tablespoons extra hot cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg white, beaten until frothy and just beginning to hold some shape
Preparation Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix Very Hot Cajun Style Seasoning and brown sugar into egg. Mix pecan halves into egg mixture. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 10 minutes. Stir up to loosen from sheet as well as break up the clumps. Bake another 10 minutes or until dry.
- Let cool and serve
