  • 1 handful of Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 230°C
  • Top with sliced Roma Tomatoes, mushrooms
  • Drizzle with the Olive Oil and season with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.
