Fantini Farnese Chardonnay 750ml x 2

Fantini Farnese Chardonnay is a new-world style chardonnay with lots of fruit, but no oak. Tropical fruit, peach and a hint of clove gives it its clean, citrus acidity. Lively straw yellow, the nose is intense and quite persistent, fruity, with notes of tropical fruit and peaches. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, intense yet easy to drink. It pairs excellently with fish, delicate first courses, and white meats.

This white wine contains 100% Chardonnay from Ortona. The grapes are harvested at the end of August and undergo stalk-stripping and crushing. The grapes then undergo cold maceration for eight hours before pressing and fermentation. As a result, the wine has no wood ageing. This wine is suitable for the experienced young consumers looking for a great price/quality ratio.
