A crispy potato starch made from a blend of domestic starch and Hokkaido potato starch. Japanese Namisato Crispy Potato Batter uses rice flour instead of wheat flour thus making it gluten-free! Additionally, you can make delicious crispy gluten-free fried chicken using this potato starch. Also, it may be use to make your favorite thick soups such as pumpkin soups or corn soups.
A must have in your kitchen pantry if you are a fan of thick soups! Or, crispy Karaage chicken!

Storage: Please keep away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity. It may become slightly whitish depending on the cooking method, but this is due to the colour of the rice flour. After opening, seal and use as soon as possible.
