This Japanese Namisato Gluten Free Glutinous Rice Flour is made using domestic glutinous rice flour. Using domestic glutinous rice, our flour is produced to be as fine as wheat flour with our unique milling technology. Mix it into your regular flour dishes to accentuate the mochi texture. Or simply add a little extra to your flour or rice flour to give it a sticky texture.
