Rafael Baro Iberico Salchichón is made with the highest quality lean Iberian pork. This Iberian sausage undergoes an artisanal manufacturing technique. Coupled with meticulous maturation in natural cellars. This slow and supervised process exceeds six months.

Stuffed in a natural pork casing, this Salchichón is made up of minced noble parts of the pig, especially natural. Our special marinade gives it its surprising intense flavor. Its meaty texture and delicate aroma makes it a high-quality piece. 

The pure Ibérico pork flavour shines through in each delicious bite. It pairs well, served with a crisp white wine from Spain.

Storage: It requires no refrigeration or cooking, simply slice and serve and store in a cool, dry place.
