Rafael Baro Iberico Salchichón is made with the highest quality lean Iberian pork and fat. Along with a combination of salt, pepper and spices, it is kneaded and stuffed into a natural casing. Then, the Salchichon is cured for approximately 3 months. This combination provides a perfect balance of taste, which totally turns the experience of tasting our Salchichon into a pleasure.

Storage: It requires no refrigeration or cooking, simply slice and serve and store in a cool, dry place.

Allergen information: A gluten-free product.

Ingredients: minced noble parts of the pig, with special marinade in natural pork casing
