Senorio Iberico Chorizo 1.2kg
Senorio Iberico Chorizo 1.2kg
The Señorio de Montanera Iberico Chorizo is prized for its marbled cut of mostly lean pork and tones ranging from the most intense reds to a bright purple, including light ochre, which are typical of the choice noble pieces used for production. Its warm and enveloping aroma is coupled with the distinctive notes of paprika and garlic, distinguished flavours rendered by traditional Extremadura slaughterhouses. Its texture renders an exquisite juiciness thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of the pure Iberian sausages, which provide exceptional palatability.
It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
