Senorio Iberico Salchichon 1.2kg
Senorio Iberico Salchichon 1.2kg
When sliced, the Spanish Salchichon has a very deep purple-red colour, dotted with reddish white. Its exquisiteness and artisanal production give it a fresh aroma of curing and a mixture of specific nuances of the spices used. Its traditional flavour is reminiscent of slaughtering done in the best household abattoirs in Extremadura.
It has a fleshy and smooth texture in the mouth, the result of combining ham and shoulder cuts with an explosion of black pepper and nutmeg. Its juiciness is extraordinary and leaves a sensation in the mouth similar to that of the acorn-fed Iberico Shoulder Ham, which is one of the main ingredients in its preparation.
It is presented vacuum-packed with a gift box.
